Interesting article about the shift in midset among corporations concerning office technology. I don’t think the writer quite understands all the risks of allowing users to install anything they think they need or want at the workplace. But he makes excellent points about the need of workers to both understand and use new technology and the surge in productivity when workers are able to use familiar systems.
